  • In the event that your End of Day is off, this course will show how to troubleshoot using the built in reports.

  • This session will go through how to use the Collector's Call Screen and its various options. You will learn how to utilize it for all contact attempts made to a consumer, any party related to a consumer, or other parties that specifically relate to the debtor. You will also see how all calls are logged into the Paperless Notes with a default system note that can be used to determine call results for EDI clients.
