This is a reminder regarding the “License Expires” message in Collection-Master. This is a part of Collection-Master licensing and is a scheduled re-registration of your software license.

If registration doesn’t take place before the expiration, you will no longer have access to the software. It is crucial to schedule the registration with Client Services as soon as possible.

We know a lot of clients are working remotely, so we ask that you send an email to support@vertican.com and include a phone number where you can be reached. Client Services will contact you to assist with the re-registration.
