We are seeking a new Office Administrator who will be responsible for providing administrative support to the leadership team.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate industry conferences. (location, materials, attendees, name tags, transportation, etc.)

  • Webinar coordinator

  • Communication of events, attendance monitoring and reporting, etc. * Coordinate shipment of marketing materials to conferences

  • Coordinate and order marketing materials

  • Make bank deposits

  • Admit visitors according to security policy

  • Deliver users when necessary

  • Arrange onsite seminar locations

  • Support IA Product Implementation efforts.

  • Ship Training manuals prior to training (when applicable)

  • Accept registrations

  • Assemble training materials.

  • Deliver licensing files. – CM, Q-Law * Support Director of Client Services with Client Services initiatives.

  • Scheduling

  • Meeting notes and distribution

  • Assist with client surveys and certificates. * vPortal support Ad hoc responsibilities

  • Cover phones when needed.

  • Inventory and order office supplies.

  • Other miscellaneous tasks requested (errands, assist w/ statements, vMedia filing, contract scanning, etc.)

  • Additional responsibilities as assigned
